Photonics Village

On the occasion of Global Industrie 2026, the photonics sector will be highlighted through the creation of a Photonics Village, organized in partnership with Photonics France. This dedicated space will bring together companies, laboratories and key ecosystem players developing photonics technologies for industry.

Photonics plays a strategic role across modern industry. Laser technologies, optical sensors, advanced imaging, fiber-optic communications, as well as high-precision control and measurement solutions are now at the core of many industrial processes.

The Photonics Village will feature a clearly identified area within the exhibition, allowing visitors to discover solutions developed by companies and research centers from the photonics ecosystem. A conference program, prepared with exhibitors and domain experts, will also highlight concrete industrial applications of photonics, including advanced manufacturing, quality control, instrumentation, healthcare and energy transition.

At the center of this space, Photonics France will host a dedicated booth to showcase the entire photonics ecosystem, its professions and training opportunities, while fostering connections between industrial companies, researchers and project leaders.
