Avenir is one of Global Industrie’s highlights and is entirely dedicated to employment, training and professions’ attractiveness in the industry and will take place during the exhibition from 25 to 28 March 2024 at Paris Nord Villepinte.

This year, more than ever, the industrial sectors were mobilised for employment and training through various services such as:

Job dating sessions with 50 companies who attended to meet new talents,
More than 70 express coaching sessions organized by Arts & Métiers Alumni to help visitors in their professional trajectory,
Demonstrations with Worldskills and Euroskills training,
Workshops on apprenticeship with ANAF,
Guided tours for pupils and teachers.

THE 2024 SERVICES

Numerous HR, job seekers, students, young graduates or those in professional reconversion met at Global Industrie to meet and develop their network. Among other things, they were able to take advantage of several services available on Avenir booth:

JOB DATINGS

During the 4 days of the show, candidates will have the opportunity to meet 50 companies actively looking for new talent. Accompanied by our partners, Pôle Emploi, Cap Emploi, Randstad and Missions locales du Rhône, numerous opportunities and meetings will take place in the Job dating area.

COACHINGS EXPRESS

This service, led by Arts & Métiers Alumni, is aimed at all those who wish to develop their career path or put it into perspective. More than 70 coaching sessions will held around 3 themes : - How to drive your career! - Are you made to be an entrepreneur? - Are you cut out to be a consultant?

GUIDED TOURS

Accompanied by our guides, many school groups and teachers will able to visit the exhibition and meet the exhibitors, professional federations and groups who will present their know-how and their professions.

EMPLOYMENT WALL

- The program: a class of 30 students discovered the professions and know-how of the mechanical industry through a dedicated guided tour and many highlights.

Elles Bougent association attended the exhibition with 2 classes,
The program: a class of middle school girls, a class of primary school girls and their supervisors were able to visit the exhibition through a tour set up with many exhibitors "sponsors" registered in this approach to introduce them to the industry.
